Yes, you can set any combination of discounts based on number of participants and number of sessions being purchased.
For example, you can offer an automatic discount of 10% if the customer purchases at least 10 sessions.
Similarly, for example, you can have a surcharge of 50% if the customer wants to have two participants in the same sessions (semi-private sessions).
All of these are flexible to your needs.
Yes. You can set standard reminder texts to send at any interval.
Maybe you want a reminder to go out 2 days before a scheduled session, then another 1 hour before the start time. With Captyn, you can do this with ease.
If you have a policy that has a time limit for cancellation or reschedule requests, Captyn can help.
Captyn allows participants to request to reschedule/cancel a session directly within the app. This option will be disabled if it’s outside the cancellation/reschedule window that you can set.
For example, if you require 24 hours notice, the option for the customer is disabled automatically at the 24 hour mark.
