Accept virtually every major credit or debit card (ex. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).
Apple Pay and Google Pay (and others like it) are also accepted. They will present themselves automatically when the customer has a device with these features enabled.
Absolutely. You obviously need to know who owes you money.
If a payment method fails during any automatic billing cycle, Captyn will send an email to the account letting them know. This email is customizable by you and includes a direct link to update their payment method.
You’ll also see a list of accounts with outstanding balances on your main Captyn home screen, allowing you to review and message delinquent accounts.
Yes. Larger organizations may need to transfer funds to different bank accounts.
Captyn uses smart technology that allows a customer to check out in a single cart, even if there are registrations that divert funds to different places. We’ll transfer the funds to the correct place automatically.
This feature is available when departments are enabled on your Captyn account.
